Rise Tumbling Registration & Forms

New to Rise Tumbling? Please follow the steps below:

Enrollment:

Step 1: Complete an Assessment. 

Assessment can be scheduled by going to www.riseacademyofarts.com

Click on the Assessment Tab

*Schedule an Assessment

Complete an Assessment and refer to the assessment sheet for class placement

Step 2: Go to your free trial class. (For new athletes ONLY) (Please do not register until you have completed the assessment, and gone to your free trial class.) You do not need to schedule your free trial please just come on in. If you are happy with your trial class, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Please visit our website at WWW.riseacademyofarts.com 

Step 4: Click on the tab ENROLLMENT & FORMS

Step 5: Fill out and Submit your tumbling registration. Select your your RAA Membership ($50) and your Class Level Membership ($10) and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout.

Step 6: Select Semesters, choose your class name, days of the week you want to attend and select monthly. Then proceed to checkout.

YOUR REGISTRATION WILL THEN BE COMPLETE 

*Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and will be automatically charged to your card.

*Late tuition payments will result in a late fee of $30.00.

*Disenrollment: You must submit a Disenrollment form 30days prior to your child’s last day to avoid charges for the next month’s tuition. Disenrollment forms are located on our website at https://riseacademyofarts.com/enrollment-%26-forms

In person Office Hours at the gym are 4:00pm to 7:00pm Monday-Friday.
