Class Descriptions

Rockets (Ages 12months-2yrs)

Lets Get Started Early!! Rise's Rockets classes are designed to help foster a love of movement from the beginning while teaching parents how to be comfortable hand spotting their children. Parents guide their children through obstacle courses helping their children develop their motor skills and become comfortable in a gym environment.

Star Dust (Ages 2yrs-3yrs)

image14

Like our Rockets class, Star Dust is the beginning of a child's life in a gym. This class focuses on teaching children balance, coordination, motor skills and the very basics of tumbling instruction. This is the age that we like to have children learn to listen to an instructor/coach on their own (Parents will not be joining them in class).

Little Stars & Big Stars (Ages 3yrs-4yrs)
